Coordonateur administratif et financier

Pour ses activités en Afrique, The Forest Trust (TFT) cherche actuellement un (e) candidat(e) pour le poste de coordonateur (trice) administratif  et financier

Responsabilités :

  • Gestion du bureau;
  • Mise en place de procédures opérationnelles (administration, finance, reporting...);
  • Budget et rapports financiers;
  • Gestion et coordination administrative et financière de TFT Afrique en lien avec les autres bureaux, le responsable de TFT Afrique et avec le siège en Suisse ;
  • Comptabilité, suivi, contrôle et reporting des dépenses de TFT Afrique au siège en Suisse ;
  • Correspondances (courrier, mails, faxes...) et contacts avec les administrations locales ;
  • Maintien des dossiers du projet, incluant rapports et déclarations horaires des employées ;
  • Support général comme demandé par le Responsable de TFT Afrique ;
  • Gestion des ressources humaines;
  • Audits financiers

Qualités du candidat :

  • Baccalauréat + 5 Master en Finance ;
  • Bilingue Anglais / Français ;
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle avec références ;
  • Expérience en audit financier, procédures de travail opérationnelles, systèmes financiers, élaboration des budgets et reporting financier ;
  • Capacité de travailler dans un contexte multiculturel ;
  • Capacité de travailler dans un environnement multilingue ;
  • Dynamique, flexible and capable de travailler en équipe ;
  • Très bonne connaissance de l'usage des ordinateurs et logiciels comme par exemple MS Word, Excel et Outlook parmi d'autres ;
  • Bonne présentation et bon (ne) en communication ;

Un plus :                                

  • Connaissance de l'industrie du bois;
  • Expérience dans une organisation internationale;
  • Permis de conduire.

Autres informations :

Le coordonnateur (trice) sera basé(e) à Yaoundé (Cameroun) et travaillera avec les équipes en Afrique et en Suisse avec de possibles déplacements dans la sous-région.

Member Program Manager, North America

TFT seeks an experienced and motivated professional to join its team as Member Program Manager for North America.

The successful candidate will have the required qualifications:

  • Commitment to the mission and values of TFT
  • Excellent knowledge of secondary forest products and associated supply chains
  • Professional experience in the North American retail industry, secondary forest products trade and markets
  • Strong understanding of the Lacey Act and associated compliance issues, and certification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • High level of competence in project management, working within a decentralized global network
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • A self-starter, a finisher, and a motivator 

Responsibilities

  • Full operational responsibility for understanding Member sourcing needs and ensuring TFT facilitates successful delivery by liaising between Members and TFT Field Team
  • Responsibility for developing wood risk assessments and Member workplans, managing Member communications and labeling, and monitoring progress towards Member goals
  • Advising Members on their wood sourcing impacts, how to meet legality requirements, how to move towards FSC-certified products, and offering support to address any issues of concern or opportunities for improvement
  • Recruitment of new Member and new Business Clients to TFT
  • Close liaison with all relevant stakeholder groups and industry bodies.
